Eminem And 50 Cent Reunite Courtside At Pistons vs. Cavaliers Game 5 in Detroit.

Eminem and 50 Cent gave fans a huge nostalgia moment after showing up together courtside during Game 5 between the Detroit Pistons and the Cleveland Cavaliers at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit.

The longtime friends and hip-hop legends were spotted sitting together during the Eastern Conference Semifinals matchup on Tuesday night. During the first half of the game, the arena cameras showed Eminem and 50 Cent on the jumbotron, causing the crowd to erupt with cheers. Fif also showed love to Detroit by wearing a blue hat with “Detroit” written across the front.

Fans online quickly reacted to the reunion, with many saying it felt like the early 2000s all over again. The moment was even more special because it marked the first time Em and 50 were seen together courtside at an NBA game since the 2005 NBA Finals in nearby Auburn Hills.

Also sitting courtside with them were Paul Rosenberg, Eminem’s longtime manager, and Denaun Porter, who has worked closely with Eminem for many years.

This wasn’t the first recent reunion between Eminem and 50 Cent in Detroit. Back in 2023, Eminem surprised fans by joining 50 Cent onstage during the Detroit stop of the Final Lap Tour at Pine Knob Music Theatre.

Meanwhile, the playoff series between the Pistons and Cavaliers remains intense. The series was tied 2-2 heading into Game 5, with the winner moving one step closer to the Eastern Conference Finals against the New York Knicks.

Knicks star Jalen Brunson recently spoke about staying focused during the playoffs: “We’re focused. We’re staying poised, staying composed,” Brunson told SportsCenter. “Just focusing on the little things. One day at a time, one game at a time. Not looking ahead at all, staying in the moment.”

Even with the high-stakes playoff atmosphere, many fans online felt Eminem and 50 Cent’s reunion ended up becoming one of the biggest highlights of the night.
