Drake Appears To Call Out DJ Khaled Over Palestine stance on New Album.
Drake is already making headlines after the release of his new music, and one lyric aimed at DJ Khaled has quickly gone viral online.
During the fourth episode of Drake’s ICEMAN livestream series, the Toronto rapper previewed a song called “Make Them Pay,” where he appears to call out DJ Khaled for not publicly speaking about Palestine.
On the track, Drake raps:
“Khaled you know what I mean, the beef was fully live, you went halal… and your people are still waiting for a ‘Free Palestine’”
The line immediately caught fans’ attention on social media, with many debating whether Drake was criticizing Khaled for staying quiet during the ongoing conflict and not publicly showing support for Palestine.
Drake also adds another line saying, “Apparently everything isn’t black and white and red and green. I’m seeing everyone’s true colors,” which many listeners believe continues the message aimed at Khaled.

The song appears on Drake’s newly released album ICEMAN, which officially dropped on May 15. However, fans were shocked when Drake revealed that ICEMAN would not be the only release. Instead, the rapper surprised everyone by dropping three albums at once: ICEMAN, Habibti, and Maid Of Honour.
The huge announcement came during Drake’s ICEMAN Episode 4 livestream on Thursday night. Just hours before the release, Drake also shared the cover art, tracklists, and featured artists for all three projects on Instagram. The albums include collaborations with artists like Future, 21 Savage, PartyNextDoor, Sexyy Red, and more.
These projects are especially important because they mark Drake’s first major releases since his massive 2024 rap feud with Kendrick Lamar.
Since the albums dropped, fans have been carefully listening to every lyric, trying to figure out who Drake is targeting throughout the music. While some songs seem focused on rap beefs and personal relationships, the DJ Khaled line quickly became one of the most talked-about moments online.
