Drake dominated US Music Streaming in 2021.

According to Chart Data, the Toronto Rap Star was the number 1 most streaming of 2021 in the US. Drizzy earned 8.6 billion on-demand streams and 1 out of every 131 streams was his song, thanks to his latest album “Certified Lover Boy“.
Previously it was revealed that Drake’s CLB project was the best selling rap album of 2021, as it moved around 1,850,000 copies. The album recently become Drake’s 6th consecutive multi-platinum album after getting the double-platinum status. The project which was reached platinum status in less than a month debuted at #1 with 613k first week sales, the highest for any rap album in 2021.

Until Drake withdrew his candidacy for Best Rap Album at the 2022 Grammy Awards, the album was nominated.
Certified Lover Boy smashed Drake’s previous album Scorpion’s record for greatest streaming launch on Apple Music and Spotify 2021 in a single day (2018).
