Stream Drake Releases His New Album Certified Lover Boy

Drake drops his new album “Certified Lover Boy”.

It’s finally here. Drake has released his brand new highly anticipated new album “Certified Lover Boy“. The project was supposed to drop back in January but pushed as the Toronto rapper was recovering from a knee injury. The album is released amid his ongoing ignited feud with Kanye West, who also released his album “DONDA” last week. The release date for the project was announced in a cryptic way during a Sportscenter broadcast last week.

Earlier today, Drake revealed the official tracklist for the project and said that it will delay 2 hours. The project contains 21 tracks with guest appearances from Lil Wayne & Rick Ross on “You Only Live Twice”, Kid Cudi on “IMY2”, 21 Savage & Project Pat on “Knife Talk”, Jay-Z on “Love All”, Travis Scott on “Fair Trade”, Young Thug & Future on “Way 2 Sexy”, Lil Baby on “Girls Want Girls”, Lil Durk & Giveon on “In The Bible”, Future on “N 2 Deep”. Nicki Minaj, who’s isn’t credited on the album, can be heard talking on track #1 “Papi’s Home”. On the song called “7 am On Bridle Path”, Drake seemingly takes shots at Kanye West.

Drake’s first full studio album since 2018’s “Scorpion” is “Certified Lover Boy”, though he’s kept fans entertained with releases like Care Package in 2019, Dark Lane Demo Tapes in 2020, and the three-track Scary Hours 2 EP in March.

The production on the album comes from his long time collaborator 40, along with OZ The producer, WondaGURL, TM88, Nineteen85, PARTYNEXTDOOR, Noel, Metro Boomin, Maneesh and more.

Drizzy called the album “a combination of toxic masculinity and acceptance of truth which is inevitably heartbreaking.” He dedicated it to the late Nadia Ntuli and Mercedes Morr.

CLB is Drizzy’s sixth studio album and a follow-up to his record-breaking 2018’s project “Scorpion.” Drake was promoting his album throughout this week and announced the guest features through billboards across America and Canada. He also shared a couple of letters from his mother, who send him wishes for the new album.
