DaBaby drops the ‘More Money More Problems’ video.
DaBaby continues releasing new material as he drops the official video for his song called “More Money More Problems” which features a cameo from his daughter. The track appeared on his new project called “My Brother’s Keeper” which is released in honor of his brother who died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound in Charlotte, North Carolina earlier this month.
Fans will witness a gentler side of the North Carolina rapper in the Gemini Vision-directed video, in which he plays with his daughter at home and comments on how the trappings of riches and fame don’t dissolve real-life concerns.
The concluding track from DaBaby’s seven-song EP My Brother’s Keeper (Long Live G), “More Money More Problems,” is an interpolation of The Notorious B.I.G.’s 1997 smash “Mo Money Mo Problems.” Glenn Johnson, his elder brother, died earlier this month after receiving a gunshot wound, according to police, who verified this to Billboard at the time. The YouTube video description states, “In loving remembrance of Glenn Allen Johnson.”
