Stream DaBaby's New My Brother's Keeper EP

DaBaby drops a new “My Brother’s Keeper” EP in memory of his brother.

DaBaby returns with some new material as he releases a new project called “My Brother’s Keeper” in honor of his brother who died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound in Charlotte, North Carolina earlier this month.

“My Brother’s Keeper” is one of DaBaby’s many releases this year. He released a deluxe edition of his “Blame It On Baby” album this summer, as well as appearing on Pop Smoke’s debut album. DaBaby also recently appeared on Megan Thee Stallion’s debut album and remixed Kanye West’s “Nah Nah Nah.”

DaBaby only revealed the project an hour before it dropped, revealing the cover art on Instagram a day after sampling a tune from it. “From Baby Bruh to you, LONG LIVE MY BIG BROTHER#MyBrothersKeeper (LongLiveG) 12 a.m., “In an Instagram post, he revealed. A flashback photo of DaBaby and his brother, Glen Johnson, appears on the project’s cover.

A voice note between DaBaby and his late brother expresses their affection for one another on the tune. “Man bro, I was just calling man just to say thank you, man / You know, uh, I ain’t never seen you in the position that you in today / As a grown a** man, as an individual,” According to his sibling.

DaBaby’s latest EP, “My Brother’s Keeper (Long Live G),” was released in honour of his late brother and included “Gucci Peacoat.”
