Watch Snoop Dogg Releases New Short Film Bacc On Death Row

Snoop Dogg shares “Bacc On Death Row” short film.

There’s no stopping Snoop Dogg as the legendary rapper is giving us more music than ever and provided us with his brand new album “BODR” earlier this month. The project was released just after he acquired his old label Death Row from MNRK Music Group. The Long Beach legend then teamed up with Dr. Dre, Eminem, Kendrick Lamar, 50 Cent and Mary J. Blige for an iconic Super Bowl halftime show.

“I am thrilled and appreciative of the opportunity to acquire the iconic and culturally significant Death Row Records brand, which has immense untapped future value,” he said in a statement after buying Death Row. “It feels good to have ownership of the label I was part of at the beginning of my career and as one of the founding members. This is an extremely meaningful moment for me. I would like to personally thank the teams at Blackstone, MNRK and especially David Kestnbaum, who worked collaboratively with me over several months to make this exciting homecoming a reality. I’m looking forward to building the next chapter of Death Row Records.”

The rapper now celebrates all of that with a new short film called “Bacc On Death Row”, which features a compilation of old clips, pictures, new music videos, studio session footage and more.

The 43-minute film features many music videos for album tracks, behind-the-scenes footage of the project’s creation, and a few personal talks Snoop had along the road. Snoop performs at Nate Dogg’s cemetery alongside the late legend’s son, Naijiel Hale, in one clip.
