Eminem Has Surpassed 1 Billion On-Demand Streams in the US in 2022

Eminem earns another new milestone in 2022.

Another day, another new accolade for Eminem. It’s been 2 years since the Detroit rapper last released a studio album “Music To Be Murdered By“, but he continues to be among the top streamed rappers in the US as well as globally. In the newest achievement, Shady has now surpassed 1 billion on-demand streams in the US this year.

Eminem now becomes the 7th rapper to achieve this milestone, after Drake, NBA Youngboy, Taylor Swift, The Weeknd, Juice WRLD and Kanye West. He’s also dominating Spotify, as he’s still the second most-streamed rapper on the platform globally. On March 31st, Eminem was the 10th most-streamed rapper on global Spotify.

Em’s most recent album, “Music to Be Murdered By,” has spent 112 weeks on the Billboard 200 chart. “The Eminem Show” and “Curtain Call: The Hits” are two additional Marshal’s albums on the chart this week. As a result, it’s hardly surprising that Eminem has such high streaming figures.

The “Lose Yourself” rapper recently earned 73.5 million new RIAA certified units, and he became the #1 singles artist in Gold and Platinum history. He had a huge boost on different platforms after performing at Super Bowl Halftime Show in February.
