DaBaby Says NBA Youngboy Doesn't Get The Credit He Deserves For His Music

DaBaby applauds NBA Youngboy for his music.

DaBaby and NBA Youngboy continue to join forces for new material and they just dropped the music video for “Neighborhood Superstar” the other day. While other artists in the industry hesitate to link up with the Baton Rouge rapper, DaBaby is dropping a whole joint album “Better Than You” with Youngboy this week. DaBaby who previously supported NBA on the release of his “Colors” album, now again shows praise for his go-to collaborator.

“I like NBA Youngboy a lot,” says DaBaby in a new interview. “I know he don’t get the credit he deserves for his music because of the stigma that surrounds him. He is a crazy talent. After my music, I probably like his music the most. Just because of his story and how he puts it out there, how shameless he is with putting it out there. And the type of music that he continues to make and not only that, how versatile he can be with it. How he can make this type of song and that type of song. I like it.”

Both rappers have recently gotten a lot of bad energy from the internet. YoungBoy Never Broke Again has been feuding with Lil Durk, possibly the most successful rapper, and DaBaby is facing a lawsuit from DaniLeigh’s brother after a brawl at a bowling alley. Check out DaBaby and YoungBoy Never Broke Again’s the latest music video for ‘Neighborhood Superstar,’ below, and stay tuned for a collab tape on Friday.
