MGK & Wiz Khalifa Reunite For New Blog Era Boyz Mixtape

MGK & Wiz Khalifa Bring Back Early 2010s Energy On New ‘Blog Era Boyz’ Mixtape.

Machine Gun Kelly and Wiz Khalifa are taking fans back to the early 2010s with their brand-new joint mixtape “Blog Era Boyz.”

The project officially dropped on May 22 and immediately caught attention from longtime hip-hop fans who grew up during the mixtape blog era. The tape is full of laid-back vibes, fun chemistry, and nostalgic rap sounds that remind listeners of when both artists first became stars.

This is not the first time Kelly and Wiz have worked together. Fans may remember their 2013 collaboration “Mind of a Stoner,” which became a favorite track for many listeners back in the day. More than a decade later, the two artists reunited once again and decided to build an entire project together.

Before the mixtape release, they teased the project with songs like “Girl Next Door” and “Everything Tatted,” helping build excitement online.

Blog Era Boyz includes nine tracks in total:

family > everything
everything tatted
MPH
fill my pockets
girl next door
stoned
passport
grind everyday
fiberglass

The mixtape focuses heavily on friendship, partying, touring life, and enjoying success while still remembering where they came from. Fans online have already been praising the relaxed production and natural chemistry between the two rappers.

The release also comes while Machine Gun and Khalifa are currently touring together. Wiz recently joined MGK’s Lost Americana Tour, which kicked off its second leg earlier this month.

For MGK, the project continues a busy run following the success of his 2025 album Lost Americana, which performed well on the rock and alternative charts. Meanwhile, Khalifa has stayed extremely active throughout 2026 by releasing multiple projects and collaborations.

Even though both artists have changed a lot over the years, the new project feels like a reminder of the era that helped make them famous. The mixtape mixes old-school blog era energy with their more mature sound today.

Fans who miss the carefree mixtape days of the early 2010s are already calling this one of the most fun rap collaborations released this year.

The project is now available on all streaming platforms.
