The Weeknd and Doja Cat linking up for the “After Hours Til Dawn” tour.
After postponing two tours in the last couple of pandemic filled years, The Weeknd has finally announced a global tour. The Weeknd revealed that he is teaming up with his “You Right” Collaborator Doja Cat for a tour titled “After Hours Til Dawn”.
The North America trek will kick off in The Weeknd’s hometown Toronto on July 8 and will go through Philadelphia, New York, Chicago, Detroit, Miami, Atlanta, Las Vegas, San Francisco and more before concluding it on September 2 in Los Angeles.
It is also revealed that The Weekend has partnered with United Nations World Food Programme, the world’s largest humanitarian organization fighting global hunger, and will contribute $1 from each ticket that sold during the North American tour, and the “After Hours” hitmaker will also make a donation of $500,000.
“The goal with this fund is to provide immediate life-saving support to people who are on the brink of starvation,” The Weeknd said. “I’m so thankful to have WFP as a partner and to further expand our reach to those who need it most.”
