Eminem’s Ex-Wife Kim Scott Breaks Down In Tears During DUI Arrest.
Eminem’s ex-wife Kim Scott, became emotional during a recent DUI arrest, according to newly released body cam footage.
Reports say Kim Scott was arrested near Detroit after allegedly crashing her vehicle into another car while driving under the influence. In the footage released by TMZ, police officers can be seen speaking with Kim after the accident. She explained that she turned a corner and was blinded by the lights from a truck, which caused her to hit another vehicle.
While speaking with officers, Kim searched for her license and registration as police asked whether she had been drinking. She admitted that she had consumed alcohol earlier in the evening. Officers then carried out standard field sobriety tests before eventually placing her in handcuffs.
After being arrested, Kim became emotional and started crying while standing beside the officers. Later footage from inside the police station reportedly showed her in a calmer mood while officers monitored her condition before release.

According to reports, police claimed Kim’s blood alcohol content was nearly twice the legal limit at the time of the arrest. The arrest came only days after Kim pleaded no contest in a separate impaired driving and hit-and-run case connected to another crash earlier this year.
That incident happened in Feb 2026, when prosecutors say Kim was driving a white Range Rover and crashed into a parked Dodge Ram pickup truck. Investigators claimed the impact was so strong that the truck moved nearly 50 feet from where it was originally parked.

Reports also stated that Kim’s son and several of his friends were inside the vehicle during the crash.
Authorities accused Kim of leaving the scene after the accident. She later appeared in New Baltimore’s 42-2 District Court and pleaded no contest to charges of impaired driving and failure to stop after a collision.
Both charges are misdemeanors under Michigan law. Kim Scott is currently scheduled to be sentenced on June 17, 2026.
The case has once again brought public attention back to Kim and her long history with the Detroit. The two were married twice and had a famously difficult relationship that was often referenced throughout Shady’s music career. Despite their ups and downs over the years, they have remained connected through their family and daughter Hailie Jade.
