Watch Tom MacDonald Drops Music Video For America

Tom MacDonald releases the video for “America”.

Tom MacDonald continues dropping new material as the Independent rapper drops a new music video for his song called “America“. It is the third track from Tom MacDonald’s vinyl-exclusive album “Us Against The World“. He raps about a number of things he sees as disrespecting to the USA, including kneeling for the national anthem, which was started by Colin Kaepernick in 2018.

Tom displays patriotism, as seen by his conviction that insulting the flag or the country in general is equally disrespectful to the troops who have defended it. As Tom highlights the distinctiveness of the USA in the modern world, the term “freedom” may be used to sum up the overarching concept of “America.”

Half of the Americans I see all hate America / They hate the cops doin’ they best to take care of us / And kneel for the flag, insult the soldiers that we’re buryin’ / I’m tired of the pissin’ and complainin’,” he raps.

In the music video, MacDonald raps in an Army Attire, along with USA Flag at the back. This follows up his latest offering, “Propaganda” with fellow Canadian rapper DAX.

He released “Brainwashed” earlier this month, and the music video received 5.3 million YouTube views and 900,000 Spotify streams. It debuted at number one on the Rap Digital Song Sales Chart and number one on the Alternative Digital Song Sales Chart.

McDonald’s has over 3 million YouTube followers. He is most known for his tune “Helluvit,” which he published in 2018 following the publication of his debut YouTube video. ‘Dear Rappers,’ one of his most successful videos, having over 5 million views.

Tom MacDonald first rose to prominence with the tracks “Everybody Hates Me,” “Politically Incorrect,” and “Whiteboy.” MacDonald’s new album, ‘If I Was Black,’ was released today. In March of the following year, MacDonald released two songs, ‘I Don’t Care’ and ‘Coronavirus,’ both of which were huge hits.

In his music, the independent rapper often raps about controversial social and political topics in the USA. The Canada-born has named the likes of Beatles, Marilyn Manson, Tupac, Eminem, Kanye West, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Aerosmith and more as his musical influences.
