6LACK and 2 Chainz team up on “Sunday Again.”
6LACK is building excitement for his upcoming new album “Love Is The New Gangsta,” set to release on May 22. After already giving fans a first taste with the lead single “Bird Flu,” he has now returned with another fresh track called Sunday Again.”
This time, 6LACK teams up with fellow Atlanta hitmaker 2 Chainz, bringing together two unique voices from the city’s music scene. The new song has a laid-back and smooth vibe, perfect for a calm Sunday morning.
“Huh, I like my breakfast with the bacon, no such thing as overstayin’ / Baby-makin’, no more playin’ / A lotta textures, are we overlayin’? / If we is, I like where I’m at, I’m tryna run back / The sh-t we did was picture perfect, you know, like Kodak,” he raps.
The new track shows another side of what fans can expect from the upcoming project from 6LACK. While Bird Flu introduced the project with strong emotion and depth, this latest release feels lighter and more reflective.
With just a few weeks left before the album drops, anticipation continues to grow. If these first two singles are any sign, 6LACK could be preparing one of his most interesting projects yet.
