Drake Celebrates Breaking Michael Jackson’s Record With New “ICEMAN” Post.
Drake is celebrating another huge moment in his career after officially breaking one of Michael Jackson’s biggest Billboard records.
This week, Drake’s new song “Janice STFU” debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, giving him his 14th career No. 1 hit. That officially pushes him past Michael Jackson for the most number-one songs by a male solo artist in Hot 100 history.
After the news became official, Drake quickly reacted on social media. The Toronto rapper posted an image of Michael Jackson styled as the “ICEMAN,” clearly referencing his new album ICEMAN. Fans immediately noticed the post and began sharing it across social media platforms.
Drake also added a confident caption while celebrating the achievement. “Neck broke from carrying the chain / Back broke from carrying the game / Records broken carry on my name / Carry on carry on,” he wrote.

That officially breaks the previous record for most simultaneous entries on the chart, which was previously held by Morgan Wallen with 37 songs.

Another major achievement from the chart update is that Drizzy now becomes the first artist ever to debut 10 different songs at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 during his career.
He also became the first artist in Billboard history to chart more than 400 songs on the Hot 100. The next closest artist is Taylor Swift with 276 chart entries.
The success of ICEMAN continues Six God’s massive comeback run this year. The project already broke streaming records on Spotify and Apple Music, while also helping Drake become the first artist ever to debut three albums simultaneously inside the Billboard 200 Top 3 with ICEMAN, HABIBTI, and MAID OF HONOUR.
With the album still dominating streaming platforms worldwide, many fans believe the Toronto rapstar could continue breaking even more records over the next few weeks.
