Cordae spits bars over Drake & Kendrick Lamar instrumentals.
Cordae, one of the promising young artists in hip-hop right now, is currently working on his upcoming album “From A Bird’s Eye View” and decided to take some time to sit down with Twitch Streamer Adin Ross for a live session. On the stream, Cordae decided to show his rap skills with a new freestyle over Drake, Future & Young Thug’s hit “Way 2 Sexy“, off “Certified Lover Boy“. Cordae’s crazy bars had Adin Ross and the live audience lose their minds.
After Drake beat, Adin played the second instrumental, which is off Kendrick Lamar’s song “Fear”, and the North Carolina rapper killed it as well. To say the least, he’s obviously in the zone ahead of “From A Bird’s Eye View” album, and it’ll be fascinating to watch how he develops further when the album releases later this year. Cordae has been praised by various greats of the game, including Eminem, who enlisted him for the “Killer” Remix along with Jack Harlow a few months back.
Following the Hi-Level mogul-in-the-“Way making’s 2 Sexy,” Ross introduces a fresh instrumental, this time slowing things down with Kendrick Lamar’s “Fear,” while Cordae continues to amaze with a new track. To say the least, he’s certainly in the zone ahead of From A Bird’s Eye View, and it’ll be fascinating to watch how he develops further when the film hits theatres later this year. At least, that’s our hope.
Cordae’s second studio album, From a Birds Eye View, is his second studio album. On January 14, 2022, it was released by Atlantic Records and Art@War. Gunna, Lil Wayne, H.E.R., Lil Durk, Freddie Gibbs, Stevie Wonder, Eminem, and Roddy Ricch all make cameos on the album.
