Peter Rosenberg Thinks Kanye West Is Unbeatable In A Verzuz Battle

Pete Rosenberg co-signs Kanye West’s statement that no one can beat him in a Verzuz.

Last year, Kanye West appeared on N.O.R.E. and DJ EFN’s “Drink Champs” podcast where he was asked about a potential Verzuz battle, and the rapper claimed that he’s winning against anyone, including Drake. “If you go against Drake, who’s winning that?” asks NORE. “I’m winning every situation,” says Kanye. Pete Rosenberg now asks a serious question that is there anyone that can beat Kanye West in Verzuz.

“Is Kanye unbeatable in a Verzuz?” he said. “If you take the amount of songs that are his, and that he produces, we won’t even say that he’s been featured on. But his records, and records he produced for other people… I think he’s unbeatable in a Verzuz. Body of work, percentage of quality, I don’t think anyone can get in a ring with him over 20 records and have a chance to win.”

Previously, Ye’s “Watch The Throne” collaborator Jay-Z also made the claim that there’s no one stands a chance against him on a Verzuz stage. “No one can stand on that stage with me. It’s not a chance in hell that anyone can stand on that stage with me,” he said. We don’t know who can go against Jay-Z or Kanye West, but a battle between the two would be a close one.

Dame Dash has recently opened up about his feelings towards Coodie and Chike’s jeen-yuhs. In the early 2000s, Dame was a member of Roc-A-Fella Records. But, now that he thinks about it, he never anticipated Ye to become as famous as he is. “I think this is the right time for that,” Dame told the Jasmine Brand. “’Cause you get insight into who Kanye is, especially because he’s so public. He’s turned into our new Michael Jackson, you know, whether that’s negative or positive, but that just is what it is. I wasn’t expecting all that from Kanye.”
