Machine Gun Kelly Reunites With His Mother After Being Abandoned When He Was 9

Machine Gun Kelly took his Instagram where he posted a picture with his mother.

On Thursday, Machine Gun Kelly introduced his 9 million followers on Instagram to his estranged mother. The musician posted a photo of himself and his mother, who deserted him when he was a toddler.

Kelly or Colson Baker, a 9-year-old who was cruelly left by his mom in his early childhood, as described by the recording artist on his “Burning Memories” duet with Lil Skies from 2019’s Hotel Diablo album.

“Yeah, this one’s for the mama that I never knew / I took acid just to burn all of my memories of you,” Houston’s local son sings his heart out. “I guess now I really wanna know the truth / How’d you leave your only child at 9 for another dude?” “All the years that you ignored me, left me sleepless in the bed / I hope that he got some kids because your only son is dead.”

Though MGK’s mother’s wounds were unquestionably deep, he stated last year that he and his estranged mom had reconciled owing to his fans, and the 32-year-old has now published a photo with her on his Instagram profile.

“Introducing … my mom,” he captioned the sweet snapshot.

The performer travelled around a lot as a kid, living in Egypt, Germany, and other locations around the United States, including Cleveland and Chicago.

Kelly and his father, who was depressed, moved live with his aunt in Denver when his mother left. Kelly grew up in poverty and was bullied at school since he didn’t have decent clothes because his father was allegedly unemployed.

Kelly revealed on social media in July 2020 that his father had died, saying, “I’ve never felt a pain this deep in my life.”
