Kid Cudi Was Supposed To Feature on Eminem's These Demons

Kid Cudi was supposed to be on the latest Eminem project.

The never-before-heard feature may be a good follow-up to Eminem’s earlier collaboration with Kid Cudi, “The Adventures of Moon Man and Slim Shady.” Eminem has released a surprise follow-up record to his 11th studio album, Music to Be Murdered By, which came out in January. Despite social media speculation, the Detroit rapper remained tight-lipped about his new album, Music to Be Murdered By – Side B, ahead to its release at midnight on Thursday.

Without any notification, Eminem released a deluxe edition of the album called Music to Be Murdered By – Side B. It features 16 additional songs in addition to the 20 from the original album. Numerous features are included, including Skylar Grey, DJ Premier, Ty Dolla $ign, Dr. Dre, Sly Pyper, MAJ, and White Gold make cameo appearances.

White Gold, who recently appeared on the deluxe version of Eminem’s ‘Music To Be Murdered By‘ project, sat down with ‘The Black Spider Podcast‘ where he talks about a lot of things in a 1 hour-long interview. In the show, he reveals that Kid Cudi was also supposed to feature on the album, on the song called “These Demons”.

Through the COVID-19 epidemic and the riots around George Floyd’s death, Eminem finds a way to take American civic upheaval and twist it into expressive commentary about the frustration that 2020 has brought to the globe.

Eminem and Kid Cudi collaborated on the song “The Adventures of Moon Man and Slim Shady” in July. Eminem worked with Jessie Reyez on her song “Coffin” earlier this year.

You wrote the hook to ‘These Demons’ right.

Yeah, he sends me that beat, It was just my Zombie I guess. I did the hook, they wanted, I think the last part changed or whatever, I don’t know,” says White Gold.

So you were supposed to be on it or were you just writing the hook.

I don’t know If I was supposed to be on there or not,” says White Gold. “It was his sh*t. So whatever he was gonna do with it. I don’t know if he had a vision for it or I’m pretty sure he did But I mean Kid Cudi was supposed to be on it.

Cudi was obviously not going to sing the melodious hook that MAJ had given. It indicates that the song might have had the fourth verse — or that one of the three Eminem recorded for “These Demons” from “Music To Be Murdered By: Side B” could have been deleted.

This week, Eminem and Kid Cudi collaborated on a new single called “The Adventures of Moon Man and Slim Shady.” Cudi’s official Twitter page announced the collaboration earlier this week. The song will be released more than two months after Cudi sent a vague tweet requesting assistance from “rap God” Eminem.

Kid Cudi sent out a tweet “”rap god. Help!” “, prompting discussion as to what it may signify. Lil Wayne invited Eminem on his Apple Music programme “Young Money Radio,” where he told him of Cudi’s tweet, which Eminem claimed he was ignorant of. Kid Cudi teased the song on July 8, when he released a video of his daughter teasing it. The next day, Eminem confirmed his involvement, and Kid Cudi unveiled the cover image.

The message sparked a frenzy of interest, but it also left some followers scratching their heads. What did Cudder have up his sleeve, and how was Eminem going to help?
