Kanye West Remembers Kobe Bryant On 2nd Anniversary Of His Death

Fans and Celebrities mourn on Kobe Bryant’s second death anniversary.

It’s been two years since we lost the legendary Kobe Bryant, who died in 2020 along with his daughter Gianna and seven other people in a helicopter crash in Calabasas, California. The Philadelphia born widely regarded as one of the greatest basketball players of all time, and he spent his entire 20-year career with Los Angeles Lakers as a shooting guard in NBA.

Fans, celebrities and fellow players took to social media to remember the legendary Kobe Bryant. Bryant’s close buddy, actor Jamie Foxx, posted a photo of the sunset and tagged Bryant’s Instagram profile with a sequence of praying hand emojis.

Vanessa Bryant, Bryant’s widow and mother to 13-year-old Gigi, uploaded a nice family photo shot during a Lakers game, with the player holding his baby daughter and hugging his wife, with the comment ’81.’

Kanye West, who was good friends with the late player, also shared his old picture with Kobe Bryant on his IG. “Miss you family,” he wrote.

In an interview with GQ previously, Ye said, “Everyone in our life is now a member of the Lakers on one of Kobe’s championship teams. The way that Kobe would say that we all have to come together and win this championship is the way I look at life now. To an infinite, other level. This is a game changer for me. He was the basketball version of me, and I was the rap version of him, and that’s facts! We got the commercials that prove it. No one else can say this. We came up at the same time, together. And now it’s like, yeah, I might have had a reputation for screaming about things—but I’m not taking any mess for an answer now. We’re about to build a paradigm shift for humanity. We ain’t playing with ’em. We bringing home the trophies.”
