Future Goes In Album Mode After Winning His Second Grammy

Future is working on his 10th studio album.

The 65th annual Grammy Awards took place a couple of days ago, where Future won his second-ever trophy. The rapper was honoured for his last year’s hit “WAIT FOR U” with Drake and Tems in the Best Melodic Rap Performance category. This is Future’s first win for his own work, as he previously won the Grammy for assistance on Jay Rock’s “King’s Dead” with Kendrick Lamar and James Blake in the Best Rap Performance category.

After the win, the Freebandz boss is already in album mode, which will be the 10th studio effort and a follow-up to last year’s “I Never Liked You”.

‘I Never Liked You’ was the best-selling hip-hop album of 2022, moving over 1.5 million. The album topped the charts upon its release in the first week as it sold 227,000 units in the United States. The project featured appearances from Kanye West, Gunna, Young Thug, Drake, Tems, Kodak Black and more.
