Eminem Has Confirmed That Relapse 2 Album Will Never Be Released

There’s no Relapse 2, confirms Eminem.

Just recently, Eminem dropped his second greatest hits compilation “Curtain Call 2“, which featured some of his top hits since 2009. The project also included an unreleased track titled “Is This Love” with 50 Cent and Dr. Dre, which was recorded during the Relapse era. Ever since the song dropped, the fans again started demanding the sequel to his 2009’s “Relapse: Refill” album, but now has confirmed that there will not be a Relapse 2.

Rosenberg discussed Relapse: Refill, which had a compilation of new songs from the 2009 tape, but yet told Em that fans are calling for that he release the “secret” Relapse 2 tracks he just mentioned, which the Super Bowl LVI Halftime performance described as “a setup.”

The rapper appeared on ongoing Paul Rosenberg podcast as past of his “Curtain Call 2” promo run, where he was asked about the Relapse 2. “Al the time we were making Relapse, we were going to make a double album. You had enough songs to make a Relapse 2, but then decided to not make it. We put a bunch of those songs on Relapse: Refill. And then some songs leaked out right, so there’s three or more of those sessions leaked out but that was it. The reason I’m bringing that up is because a lot of your fans think there’s some hidden Relapse 2 album. Can you just clear that up,” says Rosenberg.

“I mean, there’s probably enough to make Relapse 2,” responds Eminem. “There’s not enough songs to make an album, not even close that either included on ‘Relapse: Refill’ or either leaked out,” says Paul.

“There are a lot of songs that still didn’t leaked out from Relapse. There might be [enough songs] but they are terrible songs. And if they didn’t even make the album [Relapse] and How i feel about Relapse then that should say something. There’s no Relapse 2,” says the Detroit rapper.
