DJ Khaled Double Down On Smoking Everybody In A Verzuz Battle That's Facts

DJ Khaled again addresses the Verzuz Battle’s possibility.

DJ Khaled was the latest guest on N.O.R.E. and DJ EFN’s Drink Champs show, where the super producer doubled down on his previous comments about smoking everyone in a Verzuz battle.

“I mean, that’s facts,” Khaled said about taking down anyone in a Verzuz. “Anybody that’s ever asked me that, I always said that. I’m never backing down on that talk.”

However, the New Orleans artist is still firm on his decision to not take part in a hit-for-hit battle. “I’ve SoundClashed my whole life,” he said. “I’ve been battling my whole life, trust me. I’m at a point right now; I’m blessed. You blessed, you blessed, we all blessed. But when it come down to battling and Verzuz and all that, I’m more of a fan of it because I’ve used to SoundClash my whole life.”

He continued, “And I’m a be real with you, I don’t know how to do it halfway. It might get… you gotta respect my catalog. I respect the question, I respect how you came at it and I get it. EFN will tell you, I’m a Sound boy, I’m a Sound killer. You don’t understand. Nobody ever gave this sh*t to me.”

Previously, Khaled was the guest on Trick Daddy’s cooking show “I Got My Pots”, where he was asked about the Verzuz battle. “I wouldn’t do a Verzuz right now,” he said. “But if I ever did one, I would want to do it when I decide to not want to make music no more. That’s when I want my catalog to be praised, but right now, I’m just getting started.”

“To answer your question, I really don’t see nobody. My catalog is super strong. I’m from Miami so if you expect me to be like… I don’t see nobody, and I mean that with love. My catalog is strong. You might wanna Google it and go check out my catalog, I been doing this sh*t for two decades! And I been putting hit records out for damn near 15 years. So really think about what you thinking and what you saying because Khaled got hits… A lot of hits.”
