DJ Khaled Says No One Can Beat Him In A Verzuz Battle My Catalog Is Super Strong

DJ Khaled makes bold claims for a possible Verzuz battle.

DJ Khaled is one of the top producers in the game right now, and proved himself with several great albums, and has worked with top artists in hip-hop. When it comes to the possibility of a Verzuz battle, the “We The Best” artist claims that there’s no one that can compete with him.

DJ Khaled was the guest on Trick Daddy’s cooking show “I Got My Pots”, where he was asked about the Verzuz battLe. “I wouldn’t do a Verzuz right now,” he said. “But if I ever did one, I would want to do it when I decide to not want to make music no more. That’s when I want my catalog to be praised, but right now, I’m just getting started.”

He continued, “To answer your question, I really don’t see nobody. My catalog is super strong. I’m from Miami so if you expect me to be like… I don’t see nobody, and I mean that with love. My catalog is strong. You might wanna Google it and go check out my catalog, I been doing this sh*t for two decades! And I been putting hit records out for damn near 15 years. So really think about what you thinking and what you saying because Khaled got hits… A lot of hits.”

When it comes to music, a lot of musicians have already declared themselves invincible, like Diddy, who believes he only has one legitimate opponent in Dr. Dre, and JAY-Z, who dismissed any competition during a Twitter Spaces in 2021.

Verzuz bouts have quickly become one of the most popular series in the music business. The website, which was created to keep people engaged throughout the outbreak, has seen some outstanding performers compete. Jeezy vs. Gucci Mane, Monica vs. Brandy, and even Anthony Hamilton vs. Musiq Souldchild have all been pitted against one another.
