DJ Khaled Teases New Collab With Drake & Lil Baby For God Did Album

DJ Khaled, Drake and Lil Baby’s new joint is coming soon.

Earlier this month, DJ Khaled announced his 13th studio album “God Did“, a follow-up to last year’s “Khaled Khaled” effort. The megaproducer is now looking to kick off the campaign as he teases a new joint with hitmakers Drake and Lil Baby.

“They want to finish me, so I went and got Drake and Lil Baby. They never believed in me. Why do you think I win so much? Because of you,” he said in a clip from the music video shoot. “Are you [pointing finger emoji] a believer? Or do I need to continue to show you? [raised eyebrow emoji]I can show you better than I can tell you. [key emoji],” he wrote in the caption. “My brother [Drake] I want thank you for being a true friend and always believing in me . Means a lot… u dunno,” he wrote in another clip.

This is their most recent joint effort after dominating the charts with singles like “Popstar,” “Greece,” “For Free,” and “I’m on One.” Khaled told Billboard, “I can say this with Drake: That’s my brother for real. “He’s my friend for real. He loves me and I love him too. Also, as people that are two music execs, two guys that make music, two guys that put out albums, two guys that are bosses and CEOS, we relate to each other in a great way meaning IT’S BIG.”

Khaled published the formal project announcement that verified the title on July 6. In the video, Khaled essentially sums up the first half of the year, during which he performed at the 2022 NBA All-Star game, earned his own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and collaborated on songs with rap legends like Drake, Baby, and Durk once again, as well as Kanye West, Rod Wave, Future, 21 Savage, Roddy Ricch, Gunna, Don Toliver, and others.
