Boosie Badazz Says He Dissed NBA Youngboy On A Song Because He Didn't Want To Kill Him

Boosie Badazz reveals why he dissed NBA Youngboy instead of calling him.

Earlier this year, it was NBA Youngboy vs the entire industry as the Baton Rouge rapper was taking shots at several rappers, and also dragged controversial Boosie Badazz in his diss “I Hate Youngboy“, which was aimed at Lil Durk. “Feel like Boosie don’t even like me, bi**h, don’t call my phone (F**k you),” he rapped.

After the diss track, Boosie also responded in the same way as he took shots at “Sincerely, Kentrell” rapper with the song called “I Don’t Call Phones I Call Shots“. “First and last time speaking on this,” he raps. “If you felt that way, why you ain’t call me on my phone number? Bi**h, you know you wrong / Clearin’ all these ni***s songs / Don’t go clear a ni***s song, but fake it like you a ni**a dog / That’s that fake sh*t / Don’t speak on me no more lil’ ni**a, you know I don’t go for that / Let’s keep it real dog, you was a ho for that.”

Now in a new interview with VladTV, the rapper was asked why he responded to Youngboy with a song, instead of calling him. “‘Cause I don’t wanna kill him,” he said. “So, I just wanted to say what I had to say. I ain’t really promote the song. I just wanted to say what I had to say. But I just felt like, I’ll say what I had to say over the mic and that’s it, you know? Like I said, my first and last time speaking on it. I was gon’ say what I had to say, and that’s it.”

He continued, “I was just sayin’ some pu**y sh*t like he do. That’s all I felt. I ain’t even take that sh*t to heart, really.”

Badazz then revealed that he also dissed Youngboy because he wasn’t clearing his songs. “That’s one thing I can speak on you know, you clearing all of these other ni**a songs, but [you’re] supposed to be my dawg, you ain’t clearing my sh*t,” he said. “I didn’t like that sh*t.”

According to what Boosie claims, he and YoungBoy have collaborated on songs, and Boosie is angry that YoungBoy has approved other artists’ tracks but not theirs. They’ve been working on a project together since 2019.

This back-and-forth is intriguing because Boosie still seems to hold YoungBoy in great reverence. Boosie tweeted in support of YoungBoy while he was in prison in March of 2021.
