50 Cent Takes A Lie Detector Test, Responds to Questions About Eminem, Kanye West & More

50 Cent takes a lie detector test with Vanity Fair.

50 Cent recently sat down with Vanity Fair to take their infamous lie detector test for a nine-minute video. During the test, Curtis was asked about series of questions which includes living in Houston, is everything bigger in Texas, if he ever gets star-struck by someone, does he write all his Insta captions, if he ever gets into someone DMs, and more.

50 Cent was also asked if it bothers him that Eminem doesn’t follow him back on Instagram. “No,” 50 said. “He is the biggest rap artist in the world. He does not have to follow anyone. I follow him because I wanna keep up with what he is doing.” Then he was asked if he wishes Eminem followed him, “No. He texts me personally,” he replied.

The discussion then deconstructed the lyrics to “In Da Club,” concentrating on the hook’s first line, “You can find me in da club/ Bottle full of bub.” “Is the bottle full of bub?” asked the woman. “When it first opens, yeah,” 50 said bluntly. Later, he acknowledged “filling champagne bottles with ginger ale.

Fifty also respond to the question about Kanye West moving to Atlanta Stadium during the “DONDA” album rollout being a stunt. He agreed that it was a stunt, but not bigger than his presidential run in 2020.

He was also asked about stopping Snoop Dogg from smoking weed on the set. The same thing 50 recently revealed on Jimmy Kimmel Live. “Snoop did his thing, I actually directed that episode too. It was great, you know you can’t get him to stop smoking weeds. I went to the trailer, I was like ‘yo could you just chill,’ and he was like, ‘get out of here man.’ He was like, ‘It’s legal Fif, why you tryna mess up my day’ [laughs].
