Drake’s “Janice STFU” Debuts At No. 1 As He Breaks Michael Jackson’s Record.
Drake is making history once again. The Toronto superstar officially debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 this week with his new song “Janice STFU” from the ICEMAN album. The huge debut gave Drake his 14th career No. 1 hit, helping him officially pass Michael Jackson for the most Hot 100 chart-toppers by a male solo artist in history.
Fans expected the song to take the top spot after the massive success of the ICEMAN rollout, and now Billboard has confirmed it.

But Drake’s big week did not stop there.
The rapper also broke another major Billboard record after charting 42 songs on this week’s Hot 100. That officially gives him the most simultaneous entries in Billboard Hot 100 history. The previous record belonged to Morgan Wallen, who previously had 37 songs charting at the same time.
Even more impressive, nine songs from ICEMAN landed inside the Top 10 this week.

He also became the first artist in Billboard history to chart over 400 songs on the Hot 100 during his career. The next closest artist is Taylor Swift with 276 entries.

Meanwhile, “Ran To Atlanta” also helped artist Molly Santana earn her first-ever Top 10 hit on the Billboard Hot 100. The song debuted at No. 2 this week.

The success of ICEMAN continues Drake’s huge comeback run over the past few months. The album already broke streaming records on Spotify and Apple Music, while also helping Drake recently become the first artist to debut three albums simultaneously inside the Billboard 200 Top 3 with ICEMAN, HABIBTI, and MAID OF HONOUR.
