Lil Yachty Returns With A New Song & Video Strike (Holster)

Lil Yachty shares his new song “Strike (Holster)”.

Lil Yachty is back to the music scene as he unleashed his brand new track called “Strike (Holster)” which is produced by Teddy Walton & Aaron Bow. This is the first new offering since his recent project “Let’s Start Here” which was released in January.

“Stars on or off, this shit ain’t nothin’, I switch the coupe / Emo bi**h, she likе to go taste shrooms, look like Betty Boop / She ain’t me, coppin’ SRTs and do FruityLoops / He can’t play big bank, I switch out whips like they switch out shoes,” he raps.

Just recently, Yachty showed the desire to do a joint project with Tyler, The Creator. Following the success of his latest album, Yachty revealed his list of potential collaborators for future projects, which includes Bon Iver, Solange and Andre 3000.

Although it remains unclear whether Yachty’s latest release is a leftover from “Let’s Start Here” or marks the start of a new era, fans can look forward to more music from the rapper with renewed confidence. Yachty shared in a recent interview with Billboard that he feels better than ever about his music. “I was always kind of nervous to put out music, but now I’m on some other sh*t,” Yachty said. “It was a lot of self-assessing and being very real about not being happy with where I was musically, knowing I’m better than where I am. Because the sh*t I was making did not add up to the sh*t I listened to.
