K Camp drops a new album “Float”.
After giving us a couple of singles like “Game Ain’t Free” and “Life Has Changed” with PnB Rock, K Camp decided to drop his new album called “Float”. The project contains 15 tracks with additional guest appearances from Trey Songz on “Privacy”, Mooski on “Rain On Your Skin” and True Story Gee on “Guts”.
FLOAT is K Camp’s most significant release since his last viral smash. The craze surrounding the tune “Lottery (Renegade)” has reached fever pitch levels of viral attention. Thanks to the micro-video app Tik Tok, the catchy tune became associated with a worldwide dancing fad. Taylor Lorenz, a technology reporter for The New York Times, even mentioned the record in his article. Lorenz covers the dance inspired by the song, taken from 14-year-old Georgia dancer Jalaiah Harmon, in his great feature, “The Original Renegade.” It’s the most comprehensive coverage of K Camp’s most underappreciated hit.
The project is a follow-up to his previous album “Kiss 5” which featured 6LACK, Ari Lennox, Jeremih, Jacquees, Yella Beezy, and more.
