K Camp drops his new project “Kiss 5” feat Jeremih, Yella Beezy & others.
After giving us 6LACK, Ari Lennox & Tink assisted ‘Black Men Don’t Cheat‘ last month, K Camp has released his brand new project called ‘Kiss 5‘. The album contains 15 tracks with guest appearances from Jeremih, Yella Beezy, Jacquees, and more.
Early highlights like “Fall In Line” and “Rude Boy” take from the country-rap aesthetic, while “Rude Boy” sounds as polished as an arrogant flex can be. The upbeat hit “Black Men Don’t Cheat” features Ari Lennox, 6LACK, and Tink, while the hip-hop-leaning “Tatted Up” delivers a wavy dose of energy. For the most part, Kiss 5 has lots to like; if you’re unfamiliar with K Camp’s lyrical stylings, this is a terrific place to start. How does this one compare to the rest of his discography, in your opinion?
K Camp recently released his “Genuine Love (Freestyle)” to tide fans over till the deluxe album is out. Ari Lennox, Jeremih, Yella Beezy, Yung Bleu, Wale, 6lack, and others appeared on KISS 5, the final edition of his series. To keep the excitement continuing, K Camp released RARE Family in July as a follow-up project. Camp has released a visual for his collaboration with Jacquees on the project, “What’s On Your Mind,” as well as “Top 10,” which features Yella Beezy. This year, he collaborated with Rubi Rose on her track “Pogo” and with True Story Gee on the singles “Big Dawg Status” and “Racks.”
