Big Sean and Hit-Boy releases a new project “What You Expect”.
Ever since last week’s “What A Life” single & video, Big Sean and Hit-Boy had been hinting at more new material, and they finally made the official announcement of a new project earlier today. The project is a short EP called “What You Expect”.
The project contains 6 records, with guest appearances from Babyface Ray & 42 Dugg on “Offense” and “Bryson Tiller & Lil Durk on “Loyal To A Fault”.
The new project, which features Lil Durk, Babyface Ray, 42 Dugg, and Bryson Tiller, is not the first time Sean and Hit-Boy have collaborated, as their artistic paths met on “Clique” during the G.O.O.D. Music Cruel Summer days in 2012. And Hit-Boy is no stranger to collaborations, having won a Grammy for Best Rap Album with Nas on King’s Disease and sharing its follow-up in 2021.
Last week, Big Sean also made his debut on LA Leakers for a new freestyle, where he spits bars over multiple beats, including Drake’s “Love All” and Kanye West’s “Hurricane”.
