Common releases “When We Move” video with Black Thought & Seun Kuti.
Common returns with some new material as he teams up with Black Thought and Seun Kuti for the official video for their collaboration called “When We Move“. The music video is directed by Emmanuel Afolabi, and it shows common and friends having party, and also features some vintage clips of Black History.
Common recently performed a spirited performance of “When We Move” with Thought and The Roots on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” to help promote the song. Common also appeared in a lighthearted “Rap Remix” segment, in which he performed bars over instrumentals from Super Mario Bros., “Curb Your Enthusiasm,” and Rick Astley.
The track is one of the standouts from Common’s latest album “A Beautiful Revolution, Pt. 2“, a sequel to his last year’s offering.
