The Dreamville rapper produced a dual performance of his songs “Dance Now” which featured Kenny Mason and “Surround Sound” which was assisted by 21 Savage and Baby Tate.

The second album from the 31-year-old rapper, following his debut “The Never Story,” is expected to sell approximately 30,000 copies in its first week. While it is uncertain if this will earn him a spot in the top 10 of the Billboard 200 chart, he appears to be having a successful weekend regardless of his sales figures.

Additionally, Snoop Dogg and Eminem performed their most recent collaboration, “From the D to the LBC,” and 39-year-old Nicki Minaj put on a lengthy performance of a number of her best songs, ranging from “Super Bass” to “Super Freaky Girl,” before accepting the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award.

JID’s “The Forever Story” is aiming for 27-30K equivalent units in the first week, which will be his highest charing project to date. The Forever Story featured 15 tracks, with guest appearances from Lil Durk, Lil Wayne, Ari Lennox, EarthGang and more.
