J. Cole and Puma Announce Partnership.
J. Cole and sports company Puma has announced their new partnership deal and released a new short film titled ‘The Dreamer’ which features some old J. Cole footage playing Basketball. J. Cole took to social media and wrote ‘Been imagining this for 10 years. It’s time PUMA‘. This partnership is also a multi-year footwear and apparel deal.
The film, which Cole conceptualized and co-directed, contrasts the rise of the hip-hop artist with the path of a young basketball enthusiast. It ends with a mixed montage of Cole’s noteworthy overlooked dunk from the 2019 NBA All-Star Game and his trying to stuff down a deafening right-handed smash on a poorly lit court.
