Swizz Beatz says Rick Ross wants to Verzuz battle T.I.
Swizz Beatz and Timbaland recently had an IG live conversation, where they talked about still owning 100 per cent of Verzuz, even though they sold it to Triller in 2021. The two co-founders also discussed some potential Verzuz battles, and it is revealed that Rick Ross wants to face T.I.
“Rick Ross said he wanted T.I,” Swizz told Timbaland. “Rick Ross and Tip, battle of the south, crown of the south, king of the south … T.I., talk to me. Ross, you can fly your plane into the party.”

Previously, Rozay stated that a Verzuz against 50 Cent is light work for him. “You got to ask yourself would he come and do a Verzuz with Rozay,” said Ross. “I mean, you got to ask yourself honestly, would he come and stand next to Rozay in the arena or wherever it would be? That’s really your question. I don’t even think it’s a question of if I would do it. That sh*t light.” “50 would be light work? It’s 20 songs…,” says the interviewer. “Come on, now. I helped the views on his shows. On TV, he didn’t do nothing, man,” responds Rozay.
In the latest conversation, Swizz also showed a desire to see Jadakiss going against multiple rappers. “You know what I wanna see? I wanna see everybody versus Jadakiss,” he told Timbaland. “Beanie Sigel, Pusha [T]… everybody to the breakbeats. No hit songs, all freestyles. Zah! Survival of the spittist.”
Recently, there were also talks of Lil Wayne vs 50 Cent Verzuz battle, and Swizz Beatz declined the idea. “Me personally, I wouldn’t even do 50 vs. Wayne. I just think they two different dynamics and two different artists,” he said in an interview during the “Godfather of Harlem 3″ soundtrack. “I would do a different Verzuz for both of them, but we’ll see as we have a lot of things lined up for Verzuz, and hopefully, they are involved,” he added. “While I can’t give up who I would choose to go against them, just wait and see.”
