Seven the General names Eminem as the only worthy opponent for Jay-Z on Verzuz stage.
Recently, Jay-Z made a statement that no one has the capability to do a Verzuz against him. “No one can stand on that stage with me. It’s not a chance in hell that anyone can stand on that stage with me,” he said.
Since then, people brought up artists like Lil Wayne, Kanye West and more as strong opponents for Hov. Lil Jon said that Busta Rhymes would “smoke” Jay-Z in a Verzuz showdown, and Benny the Butcher sides with Hov and said no rapper can defeat him. Future also seemingly agreed to a statement that he can win a Verzuz against the legendary rapper. Even Kodak Black shows the desire to go against Jay for a Verzuz bout, with a 15% share of his catalog at stake. Jim Jones also gave his opinion and named Drake as the capable opponent for Hov.
After the statement, Eminem was also among the names that were trending. Now Detroit rapper also chimes in and backs his city’s legendary MC as the only one that can stand against Jay-Z. “This is unpopular opinion cause you know JAY-Z is the greatest rapper ever, to me, personally. But there is one person, that can stand on the stage and battle Hov and it ain’t who you all think. It’s Eminem. It’s Em f**king Nem bro.” Seven also tagged D12 rapper Kuniva, Bizarre, Denaun Porter and Swifty Mcvay on the story.
