Royce da 5’9″ calls Young M.A a champion following health concerns.
Earlier this week, Young M.A went viral on social media after a video of her in a saloon was shared online. In the clip, she was looking unhealthy with discolored skin and jaundiced eyes, effects associated with liver failure.

After health concerns from the fans, the Brooklyn emcee who had been away from the music scene for over a year posted an update about her health. “As many of my supporters know I’ve been dealing with various personal health issues the last few years,” she wrote. “I recently was hospitalized and was successfully treated for several conditions. I’m doing better now, will take some time, but I’m on the road to recovery and look forward to the future. Rest assured I’m in good spirits and everything will be explained in the MUSIC! Plus documentary..Love y’all MAB! Don’t worry I’m good! -M.A.”
Following gel well soon wishes from fans and well-wishers, now Royce da 5’9″ also showed respect for MA. “You’re a Champion @youngma,” he wrote. “The culture is rooting for you and I’m sending you love and well wishes. I been a fan… Love and Respect….”

Aaron “Fats Da Barber” Turk, a well-known barber and Wild ‘N Out personality, shared a video of Young M.A receiving a haircut, which drew attention from many. In response to the backlash he faced for posting the clip, Turk took to his Instagram Stories to address the criticism. “Y’all got so much to say as if I’m trying to embarrass my dawg she reposted my video if she didn’t want me to record she would have told me,” he said. “Y’all don’t know our bond nor our friendship what y’all need to do is just send your prayers for her and that’s that.
“She didn’t have a haircut in a month and she wanted me to bring her haircut back to life which I did!!! thank you sis for coming and rocking with me like always love ya.”
