Later this year, 8th Annual Roots Picnic Festival will return to Philadelphia. Billboard has Announced the official Lineup for the Event. The Festival will have performances from Artists like A$AP Rocky, The Roots, The Weeknd, DJ Mustard, Rae Sremmurd and many more. The Event will take place at the Festival Pier in Philly on May 30th.
