The Roots Announces 2018 Picnic Lineup.
The Roots and Live Nation Urban have teamed up for eleventh annual Roots Picnic. It will take place on June 2, 2018, at Festival Pier in Philadelphia, PA. The Festival is a combined event of music, art, fashion, comedy, and wellness. Dave Chappelle will host a very special ‘Jam Session’ which will be headlined by The Roots.
The event will also have guest performers like Lil Uzi Vert, 2 Chainz, The Diplomats and more. Black Thought will also do a Live Mixtape session with guests Fabolous and Jadakiss. DJ Drama will do a Gangsta Grillz segment with special guests. Tickets for the event will be on sale this Friday at 12 pm ET. Check out the full lineup below.
