Rihanna and ASAP Rocky are parents of a baby boy.
Rihanna and ASAP Rocky, who were expecting their first child together, have welcomed a baby boy. According to TMZ, the baby was born on May 13 in Los Angeles, and the name of the boy has not been revealed.
The last time the couple was spotted in public was on May 9 in Los Angeles for Mother’s Day weekend, when they had a dinner at Giorgio Baldi. The powerful couple first announced the pregnancy back in January, when Rihanna unveiled her baby bump through a photo shoot in Harlem.
Rihanna had been going viral with her pregnancy outfits in the past few months. “I’m trying to enjoy it as much as I could,” she said about her outfits in an interview with Entertainment Tonight. “And fashion is one of my favorite things, so, you know, we’re defying what it even means to be pregnant and maternal. It can get uncomfortable at times and so you can dress the part and pretend.”
The baby arrives during a rough situation in the couple’s lives. Last month, A$AP Rocky was arrested and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon on November 6, 2021 in Los Angeles. Following an argument, police allege the rapper pulled out a pistol and shot a guy. Rocky’s next court appearance in the matter is set for August 17.

Congratulations to the new parents, who just appeared in Rocky’s new song “D.M.B.” in a video. Rocky’s video, which he also wrote and directed, quickly sparked engagement rumours. However, such supposition was later found to be false.
