Machine Gun Kelly Denied Getting Booed At Louder Than Life Festival

Machine Gun Kelly addresses getting booed at Louder Than Life 2021 Festival.

The four-day Louder Than Life Rock Festival took place at Louisville, Kentucky from 23-26 Sep, with a huge list of performers for the annual event. Cleveland’s Rapper turned Pop-Funk artist Machine Gun Kelly was also among the performers on September 25th, where he was reportedly got booed by the crowd. Some clips of the show surfaced online where the fans flipping off and booing the “Tickets To My Downfall” artist. A video also showed Machine Gun Kelly getting into an altercation with a fan from the crowd.

Now MGK took to his social media to debunk all the rumors about getting flak from the audience at Louder Than Life 2021. He retweeted one of the Twitter users, who shared a clip of fans singing along with Machine Gun at the event. “i don’t know why the media lies in their narrative against me all the time but all i saw was 20,000 amazing fans at the festival singing every word and 20 angry ones,” he wrote.

The audience reception might be related to Machine Gun Kelly’s harsh remarks against Slipknot when performing at Riot Fest in Chicago earlier this month. Not only did he remark he was glad he wasn’t a “50-year-old wearing a mask” like lead vocalist Corey Taylor, but he also claimed Taylor performed a “f**king horrible” verse for “Tickets to My Downfall” that didn’t make the album.

In case you missed it, MGK was also involved in an alleged brawl with Conor McGregor during the MTV VMAs. They “got into a brawl at the top of the carpet” and “had to be pulled apart,” according to a source, and Conor allegedly tossed his drink at MGK, and “everyone was screaming.”

“Conor only fights fighters,” Conor’s representative said, while Conor himself told Entertainment Tonight, “Nothing happened with me, I only fight real fighters, people that actually fight, you know what I mean. I certainly don’t fight little vanilla boy rappers. I don’t even know the guy. I don’t know anything about him, except that he’s with Megan Fox.”
