BuzzAngle Music released the list of US’s Top 50 Artists of 2016 as per the sales and streaming. As expected, YMCMB/Republic’s Drake topped the chart with ‘5,860,577’ which is almost double of the runner up Beyonce who got ‘3,006,412’. Adele, who sets the record of most first week album selling artist last year, comes third as she sold/streamed ‘2,835,045’ times. The musical duo Twently One Pilots ranked 4th with ‘2,584,691’. Then comes Rihanna with ‘2,439,157’, followed by Late artist Prince who got ‘2,404,705’. The Weeknd, who released his latest album ‘Starboy‘ earlier this month which doing good on the charts, ranked 7th with ‘1,963,520’. Justin Bieber, Kanye West & Matallica are ranked 8th, 9th & 10th respectively.
Eminem, who hasn’t released any new music/project this year apart from featuring on Skylar Grey’s ‘Kill For You‘, Ranked 15th in the list with the number read as ‘1,319,285’. Check out the full list of Top 50 artist with their numbers below.
