Kid Cudi Reveals Travis Scott Collab Album Is Not Happening The Moment Has Passed

Kid Cudi is not interested in doing Travis Scott’s collab album now.

Last year, Travis Scott and Kid Cudi formed a new duo called “The SCOTTS“, and also released the first track with the group’s name. The song was supposed to be the first single off their upcoming joint album, which is not happening anymore.

During a Q&A session on Twitter, the rapper was asked about the album with La Flame, and Cudi revealed that it’s not happening now. “Naw im not doin that. The moment has passed,” he wrote.

The Moon Man was also asked if he would ever work with the likes of Tyler, the Creator and The Weekend in future, which also looks be not happening. “I think the question is would they ever work w me? And i doubt it, especially tyler. Believe me I’ve asked,” he said. “Abel’s the homie tho but I think that ship has sailed. Its all good!!”

“Frank is the homie too but I doubt we’ll do something. Some things just arnt gonna happen guys its ok!” he wrote about a possibility of a Frank Ocean collab.

After collaborating with Scott on a song in April 2020 with the same name, Cudi initially made the song’s title public 2 years ago. Although the album has since been scrapped, there’s still a chance that some of its songs could eventually be published. Earlier in September, when Scott was performing in Las Vegas for his “Road To Utopia” tour, he gave a sneak peek of an unnamed, unreleased song with Cudi.
