Kanye West Is Thankful To Candace Owens For Supporting Him Over His Criticism For North West Using TikTok

Candace Owens supports Kanye West over his criticism for North West using TikTok.

It’s been a busy day yesterday for Kanye West, as the rap mogul dragged his ex-wife Kim Kardashian after she let their 8-year-old daughter North West use the Social Media platform TikTok without his approval. “Since this is my first divorce I need to know what I should do about my daughter being put on tik tok against my will?,” the rapper asked with a picture of North & Kim’s joint TikTok profile.

The issue had been trending on social media, and Ye also brought up the TikTok’s terms and conditions forum which clearly stated that the minimum age for the platform is 13. Author Candace Owens also chimes in the conversation and showed support to Ye regarding his daughter’s TikTok presence. “There is no 8 year old in the world that needs social media. Go color,” she wrote in a tweet. “Kim is wrong on this one. The psychological effects of social media on young girls is real and documented. It’s actually Kanye that is trying to protect his daughter in this regard and Kim is spinning this as “obsession” and “control”. There are other creative outlets for kids,” she said on another.

Kanye West now shared Owens’ posts and thanked her for speaking on the issue while other celebrities are scared to say something publicly. “Thank you candace for being the only noteworthy person to speak on this issue there’s a lot of celebrities scared to say something in public but they’ll text me in private and say their on my side I will no longer put my hand through a blender to hug my children my mother took me to chicago when I was 3 and told my dad if he came to chicago he would never see me again so I bought the house next door I dream of a world where dad’s can still be heroes,” Ye said.

After Kanye’s recent posts about his daughter, Kim Kardashian also called out the rapper for constant attacks on her. “Kanye’s constant attacks on me in interviews and on social media is actually more hurtful than any TikTok North might create,” she said. “As the parent who is the main provider and caregiver for our children, I am doing my best to protect our daughter while also allowing her to express her creativity in the medium that she wishes with adult supervision—because it brings her happiness. Divorce is difficult enough on our children and Kanye’s obsession with trying to control and manipulate our situation so negatively and publicly is only causing further pain for all. From the beginning I have wanted nothing but a health and supportive co-parenting relationship because it is what is best for our children and it saddens me that Kanye continues to make it impossible every step of the way.”
