Jay Electronica Praises Kanye West's Eazy Verse, Wants To Feature On A Remix

Jay Electronica shows love to Kanye West & The Game’s “Eazy”.

Kanye West and The Game kicked off 2022 with their brand new collaboration “Eazy“, which samples Eazy-E’s 1988 classic “Eazy-Duz-It”. The song features production from Mike Dean, Hit-Boy, Big Duke and DJ Premier. The song has been getting praise from fans and critics, and both the rapper also started working on the next albums “Drillmatic” and “DONDA 2”.

Jay Electronica, who also features on Ye’s latest album “DONDA” on the song “Jesus Lord”, now shares screenshots of their text conversation. “We Working on music in LA and Miami,” wrote Ye. “We got more music to make,” replied Electronica.” Ye then told jay about Donda 2 to which he said, “Let me get my oven mitts and cooking spoon out.”

In the latest messages, Jay Electronica applauds Kanye West’s verse on the new song “Eazy”, and said that he wants to hop on a remix for it. “You punished that f**kin EAZY verse. I wanna put a verse on it. lol,” he wrote. “Let’s gooooooo,” replied Ye.

Jay Electronica previously worked with Kanye West on the original Donda album in August, on the song “Jesus Lord,” which was produced by Swizz Beatz, Mike Dean, and Gesaffelstein.

Another version, “Jesus Lord pt 2,” appears on the album as well, and has lyrics from The LOX’s Jadakiss, Styles P, and Sheek Louch. Pusha T’s manager, Steven Victor, said earlier this month that Kanye had began work on the sequel to Donda.
