Jack Harlow Wants Police Officer To Get Fired Over Grabbing A Female Fan By Neck

Police Department issued a statement over Jack Harlow’s recent post about an officer assaulting a female fan.

Earlier this week, Jack Harlow did a show at the Coca-Cola Roxy in Atlanta, but everything didn’t go as well as he was hoping as a clip of a police officer assaulting a fan outside the venue caught his attention. The Kentucky rapper took to his Instagram to share the video, which shows a female fan having an argument with two police officers, and one of them pushed her back by grabbing her neck. The “What’s Poppin” rapper wants the cop to be identified and get fired immediately.

“This video came to my attention a few hours ago. When I watched it I was disgusted by that cop and all I wanted to do was make something good happen for this girl immediately,” he said. “I told the world to help me identify her so I could find a way to give her a hug and give her as many tickets to as many shows as she wants.”

He continues, “But that’s not enough and its not a solution to a systemic issue that people who don’t look like me have to face. The next step is identifying this police officer and getting him unemployed as fast as we can. Assaulting a young woman and putting his hands on her neck is sickening. I look out in the crowd every night and see black women in my front row…screaming my lyrics, traveling to see me, supporting me, riding for me. I want this woman, and every black woman that supports me to know – I am so sorry. I want you to be protected and I want this guy to lose his job so f**king fast. I love you. Let’s find this officer.”

The fan also responded in the comment section and said, “this means so much coming from you directly, the respect & love you have for your fans is so genuine.”

Now the Cobb County Police Department issued a statement through Fox News Digital, and revealed that the whole thing is being reviewed internally. “The Cobb County Police Department takes any and all allegations of officer misconduct very seriously,” a spokesperson for the police department said. “We are aware of the video snippet posted to Instagram involving our officer and a young woman outside the Coca-Cola Roxy. The incident is going through an internal review to get a full understanding of the entire incident before any potential action is taken.”

During a Crème de la Crème Tour stop in Alabama in November, he recognised one of his day-one admirers and invited him backstage for a picture op and true connection.

However, none of Jack Harlow’s good efforts have gone unappreciated. The “WHATS POPPPIN” rapper was given his own day in his hometown of Louisville, Kentucky, on Tuesday (January 4), to honour his success in the music business and charitable efforts in the area.
