Jack Harlow Details Randomly Meeting J. Cole in NYC

Jack Harlow says he randomly bumps into J. Cole on an NYC sidewalk.

It’s not often that J. Cole’s activities become the subject of a juicy headline. Since his rise to prominence, he’s stayed low-key, and many of his contemporaries would describe him as a very modest guy. Despite the fact that he is mysterious in nature, he appears to still be out among the people. Jack Harlow made his return with a new single “SUVs (Black on Black)“, a collaboration with 2021 Freshman Class artist Pooh Shiesty. Ahead of the single release, Jack Harlow went live on IG along with Druski to talk about the song and also detailed a J. Cole moment. He revealed that he randomly runs into Cole on a sidewalk in NYC, where the two talked about for half an hour.

Yo, listen to this. Just right before I hopped on this Live, I’m in New York and I just pulled up on J. Cole,” Harlow said. “We stood outside on the sidewalk and talked for 30 minutes about the state of rap while he sat on his bike and he just biked home. What a J. Cole moment.

In other developments, J. Cole has stated that he will begin touring in support of The Off-Season with a small delay. The tour begins up this autumn in Miami, with opening bands 21 Savage and Morray. Cole explained that he was backstage at his Greensboro, NC performance, waiting to go on stage after an hours-long delay and that the Off-Season tour’s theatrics, which included complex lighting and a complete basketball court, was taking considerably longer to move and set up than was first anticipated. Cole added, wearing his new characteristic style of sweatpants and Crocs, saying it was a nine-hour journey from Greensboro to Philly and that there would not be enough time to break down all of the equipment, carry it over the road to Pennsylvania, and put it all up again for a concert the next night.

Harlow didn’t say whether the chance meeting resulted in a partnership talk. Regardless, it’s an unforgettable experience for anyone.
