Tony Yayo declares The Notorious B.I.G. a better storyteller than Ice Cube.
Tony Yayo recently made an appearance on N.O.R.E and DJ EFN’s Drink Champs podcast, where the rapper argues that Biggie is a better storyteller than Ice Cube.
At around the 4:53:52 minute mark, Yayo asked EFN his favorite rapper, to which he responded with Ice Cube. The host then stated that Cube has better verses than Biggie, while comparing diss tracks “No Vaseline” and “Ni**as Bleed”.
“So you telling me Ice Cube is a better storyteller than Biggie?” says Yayo. “You f**king buggin’… You lost your f**king mind…. Ice Cube is better than Biggie as a storyteller? You f**king buggin’ ni**a. You lost your f**king mind.”

Tony Yayo Recalls Moment When Eminem Stood-Up Against Suge Knight
Now Cube made an appearance on DJ Whoo Kid’s Whoo’s House Podcast, where he was asked about Tony Yayo comments. “I’ve wrote records for Eazy and N.W.A. And look, when we talking about storytelling, are we talking about rhyming?” Ice Cube said. “Because I write movies too, so I’m a hell of a storyteller. I can tell a damn story. So are we just talking about rap? That’s only a portion of what I do.”
Earlier this year, Yayo released his new mixtape “The Loyal“, which was his first project in four years, as he previously released “Gun Powder Guru” in 2019.
