Future dropping the new album this month.

Future has been teasing his new album in the past few days, and he officially announced the release date for the project. The Freebandz boss has not revealed the title for his forthcoming album but shared that the project will drop on April 29th. The project will be a follow up to his 2020’s “High Off Life“. He recently made his music return with a solo single titled “Worst Day“.

Future revealed that Kanye West and Babyface Ray are two of the guest appearances on the project. “When the album drop ain’t no being humble…Da biggest,” he wrote. “[Young] Scooter said drop album this month.” “When the time right that’s when u throw ah strike,” he said in another tweet. He continued, “major heat coming fast, stay ready stay woke.”

Earlier this year, the rapper hinted that new music was on the way. Future teamed up with Lil Uzi Vert for their collaborative album Pluto x Baby Pluto shortly after the release of High Off Life. Future has been very active since then. Moneybagg Yo’s track “Hard for the Next” included him, as did Drake’s Certified Lover Boy cut “Way 2 Sexy.” Future also contributed vocals to Kanye West’s latest album, Donda 2, as well as executive producing it.

The Atlanta rapper will headline this year’s Rolling Loud Miami in July. Kanye West and Kendrick Lamar are the other two stars for the festival which will take place from 22-24 July at Hard Rock Stadium.
